“I contacted Stephen at about 10 am on a Friday morning. I Explained that i was rather upset to find a dent on my Honda S2000 and would love to have him look at it ASAP. Although he had a full day, he was rather understanding and told me he would do his best to get to me. Sure enough, he called and was on his way. The damage was on a very tough spot on the car and while it would have been much easier to just drill through the sheet metal into the rear quarter, he opted to not drill though and continued to try alternative means of reaching the damaged area. He could have told me there was no other way and finished this project in 20 minutes, yet he spent one and a half hours on the car making sure it was perfect. Now for the real difference, the little things that set people like him and companies like his apart…after he was done, he offered to look the car over to make sure there was nothing more that I may have missed. Sure enough there were two minor spots that once he found, I could see clear as day. I had already paid him at this point, he wasn’t doing this for additional compensation, it was simply a point of pride. This is the kind of person that actually cares about the end result and not just the money. How many venders in any industry can you say that about.
